Established in 1982, Aik Chuan Construction Pte Ltd started off as a small general subcontractor undertaking small scale construction work. Over the years, business grew and our company began undertaking sizable projects, acted in main contractor's role. The company spearheads by Managing Director, Mr. Lim Yew Ming Ken, with his good foresight for future expansion, applied and received the Integrated Management System certification of ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 in compliance with Singapore Building and Construction Authority. In 2005, our subsidiary company, Vobis Enterprise Pte Ltd. was established, specializing in worker's dormitory, providing solution for quality housing to foreign workers in the construction and ship building industries. In 2013, the company went one step further venturing into nautical luxury business by accquiring the brand SGYachts and incorporated Aik Chuan Yacht Charters Pte Ltd under her latest new subsidiary portfolio.

Today, Aik Chuan grows in stature and has upgraded to A2 grading under the CW01 Construction Workhead with the Singapore Building and Construction Authority. With a group of experienced and trained professionals, Aik Chuan will continue to strive for expansion and create an eminence company within the Construction & Real Estate Industry.
