• Responsible for the overall planning and scheduling of works and completion of project within budget, time and quality standard.
• To lead a team of professional and technical staffs in planning and execution of daily operations
• Liaising with clients, consultants, relevant authorizes and subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety, health and environmental regulations are complied with by fully and strictly implementing on site the company's EHS integrated management systems

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Singapore PE Board recognized Degree is preferred
• 3 -5 years working experience in managing residential projects.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and results-orientated individuals with a proven track record in the building industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate
• Singaporean or PR's are welcome

• Experience in supervising residential projects and good knowledge of both structural and architectural works
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Ensure good quality of works is achieved and smooth progress of works & timely completion of works within scheduled.
• Supervise all works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and contractors on all technical matters.

Requirements :

• Min. Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building or NCCS certificate
• Accredited as a RTO with IES / ACES
• 2 - 3 years working experience in managing residential projects in Singapore
• Must possess good interpersonal skills
